You must use the WhatsApp Web or Desktop application. Open the group, click on the group name at the top to see the "Group Info" panel. Scroll down through the list of participants to load all of them, then select and copy the entire list (Ctrl+A or Cmd+A, then Ctrl+C or Cmd+C). Paste this copied text into the text box above.

The tool includes basic detection for a few common country codes to display a flag for convenience. If a number's country code is not in our list, a generic flag will be shown. This is purely for display; the phone number is still processed and will be included correctly in your downloaded file.
